At Divina Herencia Co., each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care, intention, and respect for traditional artistry. Because our items are produced in limited quantities and many are handcrafted, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.

All sales are considered final.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at divinaherenciaco@gmail.com. We will review your request and do our best to provide a suitable resolution.

For footwear, please note that our genuine leather sandals are designed to mold to your feet over time. A slightly snug fit at first is normal and not considered a defect.

We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and care instructions carefully before making a purchase.
